Are You Just Breaking Stones Or You Are Building Monument?

Hello, everybody. Welcome to another great story, titled Are You Just Breaking Stones Or You Are Building Monument? which you can check with your employees if you are an owner. Understanding this story allows you to check your lines to think about their actions. With the story, you can find out if the people you work with are stonebreakers or have a different vision, such as building a monument.

There is a book named The Habit of Winning. I found this a great story that helped me understand my people and what they were doing and helped them improve the work plus the vision they put in their minds.

Reading this story and implementing it in your network marketing system or any corporate organization will help you find the person with whom you will interact.

I’m talking about the prospect, what he is thinking, and what kind of vision he is caring for himself and herself so that you can understand and come up with the person with the right mindset and the correct region. Show the story is like this.

Different visions of Stone Breaker or a Building Great Monument

So, there was an incident when the Roman Empire was building different things with the help of breaking stones.

It was a sweltering afternoon, and a lady walked with shopping bags while humming her favourite song.

Suddenly, she saw some labours on the side of the road who were breaking stones with their hammers.

The lady there has seen it and asks herself what they are doing: she goes to them and asks them what they are doing; that lady goes to them and asks those labours (what are you doing?)

Labour turn and speak differently (can’t you see we are breaking the stones)

When the lady hears their answer, she gets shocked, ignores them, and moves ahead.

While moving ahead, he meets some other labourers; they, too, are breaking stones.

He goes and asks them what they are doing.

The answer to those labourers is quite different and very interesting. They say we are building one of the world’s tallest cathedrals.

Think about this and see in your organization where you work what kind of role your colleagues are playing, like stone breakers and builders of the world’s tallest cathedral.

Check whether your front-line salespeople are working as sales representatives or whether they take pride in working with a world-class team that can build the best business.

You see, the woman working as a receptionist at your front desk is working as a receptionist and presenting herself as an ambassador of her organization to be the best in the business world. ?

Moral Of the story

When I was reading this story, the moral of it was that it is essential to see the vision of the people with whom you work, whether in a corporate office or a network. Marketing is a business; you must define it to group it further because each represents you and your business.
