How does retention play a big role in the business? Did you ever notice that when you go into a 5-star property or in CCD or in Starbucks, how’s the environment, how people treat you, the sitting area are they looking worse or great? Of course, great. 

Now, the amazing fact is that once you visit the 5-star property ageing, if you had a chance to go there, you will notice that the servants come and ask you about your previous experience, like what you had, and whether you would like to have something different today. 

The same goes for direct selling or network marketing. Rather than focus on acquisition, you should focus on retention so that the people who are coming to you will stay with you, not just buy products and get the money out of them.

Stay Consistent and Persistent.
